Features For Patient Sign In/Out:

  • Captures Visitors signature with date/time stamp saved to the database.
  • Captures arrival time, waiting time and departing time
  • The sign in list  appears on the computer monitor for the receptionist
  • User Configurations:
    • Card ID swipe (e.g. driver's license or company issued ID)
    • print photo badge
    • Capture Visitor's Email Address
    • 9 intake questions are available to ask at sign in (e.g. Do you have an appointment?, Employee ID number?, Reason for your visit?, etc. ).
    • Use an assigned ID number (e.g. Cell Phone#) to allow repeat visitors/employees rapid sign in
  • Reports names and signatures for a selected date or range of dates.
  • Report on information collected on an individual's name.
  • Save these reports as an Adobe PDF file and/or prints them.

eSignInSheet Basic Software

  • An inexpensive sign in solution. Operates from a Topaz Model T-LBK462 Signature Pad connected to a Windows Computer. 
  • This HIPAA compliant sign in sheet program captures the name with signature and automatically adds the date/ time stamp.
  • Displays the sign in list on the receptionist's monitor.
  • Report names, signatures and time stamp on a sign in sheetsfor selected dates.
  • Save reports and lists as Adobe PDF file and/or print them.  

 

 

Optional Software 

Print Badges:
Quick print a photo badge for your visitors. Using the DYMO 450 Turbo Label printer, eSignInSheet
Premium will print a label containing the information that you capture when they sign in.

ID Card Reader:
eSignInSheet Premium has the capability of adding a Magnetic Stripe Reader or Barcode Scanner
to it's sign in features. Increase sign in speed by swiping an ID card for instant recognition.

Network Viewer:
 All versions of the eSignInSheet Software work with our Network Viewer Application.
This program is installed at each work station on a Windows Workgroup. It will interact with the sign in desk, showing sign in lists, reports and database access.


System Requirements

eSignInSheet is a stand alone enterprize application for Windows computers and local area networks. Requiring Windows XPsp3 or higher and Pentium III or higher and is HL7 compatible.
Minimum 4mb of HD space for the program and 1mb for every one thousand sign in events captured.  All versions are HIPAA compliant.
